The (female) staff are front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was very nice. The kids loved it.
Areas for improvement:
The barkeeper was one of the worst ever experienced. Zero client orientation. The restaurant was also not available due to a conference and in such a situation I expect more flexibility when it comes ...
